·        To manage the adherence to the campaign in all its phases, from the collection of data up to its communication to institutions in the national and European spheres, towards which it is intended to represent the sharing of the causes of the legislative proposal both in the Italian and EU spheres (a proposal that aims at the non-recognition of the Taliban regime and the support of secular coalitions of civil society for the construction of a truly secular and fair Afghan government ). Their storage is limited to no more than 2 years after the closure of the campaign;

The legal bases are both the fulfilment of contractual obligations to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(b), GDPR) for contacts for updates on the campaign and the legitimate interest of the other member associations of the Coalition to make known initiatives similar to those in which the user has shown an interest and to allow, if he/she so wishes, to join them (Art. 6(1)(f), GDPR). Data is stored for a maximum of 2 years.

·        To carry out statistics on adhesions, having as legal basis the legitimate interest of the associations that make up the Campaign Promoter Committee (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f,) GDPR), aimed at analysing anonymously the data in order to adapt future appeals and campaigns of a similar nature.

They will be processed by technical staff authorised to process them and by the organisers of the appeal or those responsible for user relations, institutional activities and information and data security systems. If necessary, related data may be processed by the staff of third-party companies that maintain the technological part of the site or provide services instrumental to the management of the campaign (data processors pursuant to Art. 28, GDPR).
